Parking Permit Information
The Board of Directors listened to owners during the 2025 Annual Meeting regarding parking issues. We attempted to have a private party enforce the parking issues earlier, only to have the legislature tie our hands with enforcement. We came up with a workaround to have vehicles notified of parking violations. We will have vehicles that are not following the parking rule issued a warning. After 24 hours, if the violation is not cured, the vehicle will be immobilized. The owner will have 24 hours to call the number posted on the vehicle to have the immobilizing device removed and payment made to the contractor removing the device. If no call is received by the contractor within 24 hours, the vehicle will be towed at the owner’s expense.
