We now have an Owner Portal, setup by Basic Property Management. It’s designed to be a convenient, self-service hub for staying informed, making payments, submitting requests, and tracking your communication with the management team

Vendors: Please update your billing contact information to billing@basicproperty.com.
Effective immediately, you can log in to home.basicproperty.com using the credentials sent to you. If you do not have your login information, contact Basic Property at 970-668-0714 or send a note to inquiry@basicproperty.com.
