In-Unit Maintenance

Basic Property Management provides in-unit maintenance for emergencies such as no heat, or a broken faucet where the building’s water supply must be turned off to enable repair. For maintenance items such as leaky faucets, leaky toilets, broken or stuck windows, please contact a licensed contractor/repair person. Basic Property Inc. will not enter a property where only a minor is present.
